Barnes Family Chiropractic Center has been part of the Adamsville community since 1997. We're not a franchise or a corporate clinic — we're a family practice, run by people who live here, know their patients by name, and genuinely care about the outcomes.
Our patients come from Adamsville, Savannah, Selmer, and the surrounding communities of McNairy and Hardin counties. Many have been with us for 10, 15, even 20 years. That kind of loyalty doesn't happen by accident — it's earned, one appointment at a time.
